    A ceremonial fun run that brings the community together in the spirit of history, tradition, and connection. Beginning at 9:15 a.m., the event officially launches festival weekend while honoring the Georgia International Horse Park’s legacy as a 1996 Olympic venue and celebrating 30 years of Olympic history — rooted together in Conyers. For children ages 6-18, free event but must be registered, participants will  keep their torch and receive an Olympic-style medal, while the first 10 runners to cross the finish line will also receive a free, limited edition Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival t-shirt.     Coming to the Georgia International Horse Park, Ragnar Teams are welcome to start their Ragnar Trail adventure on Thursday, for a bonus night of camping and bonding with friends!  On Friday morning, the start gun goes off, and teams of 8 (or 4) set out to conquer a series of three smooth single track trails that start and finish at Ragnar Village Trail is an overnight trail running adventure that you can only do with a team.  To register, visit www.runragnar.com
