This event is back at the Georgia International Horse Park, Thousands of fellow Spartans will line up to battle this one of a kind race course covering varying terrain and overcoming challenging style obstacles along the way. Climb the high wall, safely pass under the barbed wire crawl, conquer the slip wall, and defeat the gladiators! The Book Cellar hosts Gatsby Themed “1920’s Murder at the Theater”.  $65 per person includes 5 course dinner and the show, 5:30-7:30pm, for more information, 770-628-5200, 951 Railroad Street.

This annual festival will take place at the Georgia International Horse Park, The festival offers multiple stages for continuous entertainment, art and craft booths exhibitors, food vendors, various children’s activities and civic and nonprofit organizations. Join Rockdale County Master Gardeners (At the Cherry Blossom Festival) for this fun, educational series, hosted by Big Haynes Creek Nature Center, located at Sakura’s Garden. Festival is 10am-5pm each day with FREE admission, $10 parking.

12pm: Learn fun FAQs about the life cycle of the butterfly as you create a one-of-a-kind necklace!

2pm: Learn about pollinators that affect the lives of caterpillars and butterflies, and make a seed kit that you can take home and plant in your own garden!
